ICAO 83bis for Commercial Airliners between Aruba and the Russian Federation

Aruba Department of Civil Aviation and the Russian Federal Civil Aviation Authorities are expected to formally execute the ICAO 83bis agreement for commercial operation in Russia. The two States will be meeting in the next weeks in Moscow to formalized the delegation and sharing of responsibilities for the safety oversight of the aircraft registered in Aruba operating commercially for Russian air carriers. Most likely it will be Moskovia Airlines the first operator with a Boeing B737-700 to be registered in Aruba from AWAS Leasing Company.
